I've been with Explore IT solution for nearly One years, and unfortunately, my experience has been largely negative. The management lacks clear direction, resulting in constant project changes and confusion across teams. There is no opportunities for career growth or recognition, no matter how hard you work. The company doesn’t invest in employee development, making it difficult to advance or gain new skills. Communication between departments is poor, leading to frustration and inefficiency. The overall work environment feels stagnant, and morale is low. Unless serious improvements are made, I don’t see a future here.
