1. Expleo as an organization is fantastic and 2. Every one in taken careoff in covid19 toughtimes form salary point of view and no cut in pay. 3. If you are on beanch and on good clients you will have good work life balance. 4. Onboarding facility on every project is good they give indepth knowledge of every single thing required to work on projects.

Dislikes

1. Compensation should be reviewed and revised, 2. Organisation do not take stand in front of client if it's own resources have valid points. 3. It mostly depends on client how your work life balance will treated. 4. Due in course of pandemic Organisation was forcing it's resources to work from office to satisfy ego of client and once the cases increased again switched to remote as calling to office was totally worthless. 5. Never allowed employees to peacefully settle for work form home as after every 15 days they used to push employees to come to office 6. Once you are serving notice you are not a part of company any more they will not treat you proper 7. Mumbai HR is not at all responsive as every other minute she is buys in some or other delivery.. God knows what delivery 8. You will not get any project change after you are eligible for a change. They will always say client is not allowing. 9. Some resources near to higher management will easily get release form project though they are actually critical resources for whom client is rejected request to release form project.

The environment is good for freshers to get more learning and good for compensation and appraisal.

Dislikes

Management need to look into the ground level where the some of the managers and leaders ruled in their projects.

Nothing special... They will tell great place to work. But nothing is great here, only salary comes on time.

Useless HR department. Pls avoid this company Management will hear your problems, but won't solve them. HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike. They will ask you to serve 3 months notice No transportation facilities, food, If no project they will ask you to quit the job They will put you in some client site and you need to serve for the client and you need to persuade client for increment and recognition.

I worked in ME team,were manager's steals the credits of employees, you'll not be recognised for appreciation,for any kind of appreciation,manager ask you to beg to client,stating that " tell client to main for your internal rewards & recognition,then only I can proceed further".Managers are dump.employee performance will not be taken to the management by the manager's. -90 days notice period

It gave chance to Banking professionals to join as business analyst considering their functional knowledge is a very plus point of it , as not many companies give this opportunity. Top management is approachable.

Dislikes

Work life balance is really bad. Managers expect the team to stretch everyday without any extra compensation. Asking team to work on weekend is a very common thing and you may get just Saturdays as off or that too they will ask to work from home or be available. It’s just work and no life here. I managed very badly with a small kid in the above scenario and was not even given a promotion even though client appreciation mail was received for my work.
