I feel like my two years at this company not good. The only good thing is that salaries are paid on time,The management doesn’t seem to have much knowledge about their work, and they struggle with even basic tasks.

Supports only Tamilians in Bangalore branch Completely supports to women and i am not opposing it but they degrade men

...rts only when we do finish tasks but not accepted even a single mistake also 2. No salary hike and also no leaves 3. Too much continuous work and no guaranteed when we leave office 4. Supports only to their listeners 5. If you are a Tamilian then you will have good life in Bangalore branch

WLB is good, for a career start is good but chances for growth inspite of performance is very low. Its like govt company, need to stay long for growth.

Dislikes

Politics, no respect, want to make u work but wont provide any financial growth. Expecting people to join with same salary and all. And we used to have some fun at work in Chennai office where for relaxation for 15 to 20 min we used to play carrom. But one saddist named sudhir who is close in the inner circle of top bosses was getting disturbed it seems, they have cancelled that and asked to play for a shorter duration. So team bonding or networking or some fun in office is also gone. if any recruiter says we have fun activities is there dont believe. Some one from inner circle wont like they will cancel that too. My advise for new age work force who like to work and some fun dont join.

After 2022 Organization work culture worst. NanoManagement. Even Experience employee also get same. Worst HR. HR makes employee beg for each and Every request. Especially Balaji Dhanasekaran and Aswin Subramanian are worst.

They place you in a freezing room for a couple months for “training” you are neglected from the start. They don’t check up on you and the room was so cold it was known are the freezer by the employees. They don’t like you asking questions about development and lead you on by promising things to retain you.
