12 to 16 hrs duty time during shutdown. Same job regularly. No more job satisfaction Treating like a one of the number HR policies are too worst Some HR are treating like owner of the company.

It is very good company for the new employees & given the chance for to learning and good communication culture and and good cooperative all employees for safely completing the projects it's very good company

Good company, fast growing indian origin company with visionary leadership. Company must be utilise expert man power with scheduled way. Company have high potential and with time system will be mature and space will create for experienced professionals. Currently, work environment is not so reached on that level to adapt highly qualified professionals.

Nothing too much, but it is growing phase and system getting mature and if company will create professional approach and will enrolled experience professionals definatly will get pioneer status soon Currently, system is not so matured so new employee getting trouble to do performance. Orthodox kind of mentality at senior employee is just opposit to managment. On few month of doing jobs there i feel rather than to support new employee they all are mislead you. So workenviornment getting hazzy..so culture should be open up and need more work on HR system. Review for senior executive ... Overall high potential company that can create and ability to compete bigger brand. Vision is clear so over a period of time it will be big name in gulf . ADLI managment concept, company is in approach level, deployment, learning and intigration mode is yet to be missing . HR department must have to work with professional HR peoples to get clarity of vision drive.
