At the time of joining they will tell every year salary will get increased means after completion of 5 years the salary is remain same 14k, and no good SME AND TL, environment is very bad in this company and they will changing alotzzzz task and telling if you want work - work or else leave the job so rude attitude of TL and SME

Only getting salary on time.

Dislikes

They don't give leave on public holiday and even no comp off also. No tea coffee facility available here. Work environment on floor is not good. Management also not good. Only they are giving salary on 5th of every month

...jronment is good. There is job security of both freshers and experience in ECPL. There is no delay in salary. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. It was an amazing platform which helped to improvise my skills and knowledge.
