If you good at licking you will get appraisal, Managers will always take credit for work you did, 95% of employees leaves because of mental depression If you put resignation, you will receive a threat from manager for legal notice and HR will ask to stay or he will make your life difficult

Good opportunity for fresher (if want to learn), supportive management for trainings.

Dislikes

No compensation for overtime, hustle for compensatory working on weekends. Like many organizations the objective and mission are Business, growth of company only. Employee work life balance are only dictionary words. Entry level and mid senior employees have all responsibilities, other people are work for management and enjoy work life balance. If you do not have job and entering to Mid-senior level, wait, think recheck your decision.

Work culture is good. You will get an opportunity to prove yourself. Management is very good. Company policies are designed as per employee requirements.

Fewer Salary Increments. In covid situation, they have not increased salaries even though the group has high workloads. Work-Life balance is poor

Colleagues and team structure here is very good. Distribution of responsibilities carried out in efficient way. Team collaboration makes work pressure to handled skillfully.

Appraisal is not as per the skills and efforts taken. Though responsibilities grow at a high rates, it is not reflected in terms of salary and other benefits. Politics and centralization of power is corrupting the organization and leads to lack of transparency.
