As I was working on the contract basis to the MNC company.they will not keep you on the one single month salary from their own side. They will stop salary if client contract gets over. In this situation only fresher or people from same town can survived.

... Experis HR and they will bother about the Employees problems with client(-BTB). They won't pay even a one rupee for extended hours or Extra Days.

No any well training structure for freshers, no any job securities because of they hired on contractual basis,no any salary increment/appraisel yearly And last one is HR will never pick up our call. Only answered on mail...In short we can say "Name Bade Darshan Khote".
