I don't dislike any thing, we ocationaly have deference of opinions but i think that's a healthy part of working in a team where all Members are trying to do their best.

Compensation and benefits were very bad in last 3 years, We were exploited, in case of some employees who had given their time 9-10 years in the company dedicatedly and who had built the company from scratch, HR is very poor in this who can't fight for the employees to provide their entitlements. HR policies in favour of employees were revised times again as per company management's whimsical attitudes.

In this company we have job security , work culture is good , company policies are also good and we are working from home due to pandemic effect of Covid19, there is no restriction about the physical presence in the office, work is important. So, very flexible company management and understandable.

Compensation is decent but due to pandemic effect it is lesser now only, growth is slow due to pandemic effect of Covid19
