They Didn't support in any Situation or condition. Company policies are worst.they never pay salry and other perks on time and this going on since 2 years not only in COVID pandamic. Dues are delayed more than 1 to 2 years. They always holds your 10% to 15 % of ctc and never pay you on time and Notice period is 3 month so that both of these reasons you can't go for other option. Please contact any of the employee before joining other wise you will trapped.

In the perspective of Job security, this company is very good. They don't fire any employees.

Salary does not come on time for the last years. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the company is disbursing 50% salary only.

...ness as colleges & university are open & ERP for university jn demand right now. Even in the crisis they pay only 50% of the salary to their employees where dates aren't fixed.

Let me go through it- First of all if you are fresher got in bond in 2.6 year Second salary doesn't come on time Also if you resign no FNF for 1 or 2 year Also on resignation mail they don't give acceptance And you can send like infinite mail to HR at last you got no response. That's the reality check and yup one more thing only web forms you got to work on here

Variable is pending for last three years. Salary does not come on time for last 2 years. Due to covid-19 situation company is disbursing 50% salary only.
