They provide laptops and systems to work to their employees

Dislikes

... very badly and no job security or promotion are given to other employees. They give promotion to their family member or relative in just 6 months and a hike in their salary. The work culture is too bad you will feel suffocated as soon as you will enter into the office too toxic environment, the seniors are not good enough and won’t give you proper training’s once you join the company.

Nothing as such

*Extreme Favoritism * Bad Management * Cockroaches in the coffee machine which can't be replaced and they expect you to drink coffee/tea from that same machine and still till they consider themself as a top-notch company. Really? * Unprofessional Environment - You would also find people wearing chappals/ slides, and shorts, track pants to the office and they call it cool. This is never the case in Big 4s. Where is the professionalism? *No HR policy * The decision from the higher management is always unclear, random and funny. They can literally go to any extent for their own advantage. People here compare themselves to those working in better and bigger companies, however, they are just stuck in their own small little world and have no idea what is going on in other companies. They are much much much better in terms of employment, competition, and professionalism. No flexibility at all. They expect you to work for 10 hours during the busy season however, they are not ready to provide wfh options. Big companies have shifted to complete hybrid/remote options. They are still in their own little dreamy world. Flexibility is the most important thing if you expect so much from the employees. Completely disorganized seniors and AMs. The other AMs who were with me from the same office do not have any professional qualifications and they don't even have logic to their work. They are promoted because they butter every year and never forget to bootlick. The worst thing is that one of the AMs cant even speak English properly while training people. To conclude, it would be better to flip Burgers at McDonalds than to join here. They would make your life a living hell and through their favoritism, they will make you feel underconfident. Spare yourself from the horror of working here. Even if this is the last company to join, think thrice.

Work culture is very good, you get constant support from seniors, the managing team is very supportive and they helps you to grow with perfect coaching and mentoring. Salary is also as per industry standard, and the best thing is that when you are performing good, you get the recognition!🙂 Nothing to complain.
