Founder and co-founder are very much supportive. Both guys are very passionate and full of motivation. If you want to do something inovative they will help out.

Dislikes

There is no process follow. Unexpected deadlines. Few upper management have no skill but still they're taking a bunch of unexpected salary by sitting on chair.

Horrible horrible work culture, from unprofessional higher-ups to childish managers, this is by far one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of working at. The fate of the company hangs by a thread due to poor leadership and now they find themselves in a position where they are almost at the edge of bankruptcy. I would strongly advise against joining expand my business

Well well well, umm nothing to be honest. I think only the fact that they credited salaries on time.

- Immature top management - unrealistic vision and expectations of Nishant (CEO) - unnecessary ego of the top management - they never cared about delivering quality to the clients - changing policies and visions - work-life balance - work on the weekends Worst place if you wish to have a stable mental health.

Unfortunately there is nothing to like about this company. They blackmail you to work for 16 hours. Their funds are finishing and before you know it they may even get bankrupt. Desperately trying to get funded for the 2nd time, but no one is ready to invest in them, considering their amazing reputation in the market. All the old folks are leaving as it is a huge sinking ship driven by unskilled and egoistic male babies. Stay away from them for your sanity.
