Trust me there is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

Worst HR policy to date, deducting the salary of their employees, no encouragement ever given to their employees. Always pressuring their employees. they hire the employee on a probation period and on the last week of the probation period they inform the employee that they are not a good fit for organisation and pressure them to give their resignation so that the blame will not land on them

Likes

There is nothing good in this company. More attention is paid to cutting the salary of employees.

Dislikes

...any job at any time, the job is not secure here, it can also be openly insulted. No annual growth in salary.

1. company provides majorly all the resources required for work. 2. support from my RM is amazing. much appreciated. 3. company premises are quite good with infra and everything. 4. company profile and projects are also at a great level. 5. services from peons and management is marvelous, friendly behavior appreciated especially from Tea/Coffee service care-takers.

Dislikes

1. the company can work on it's leave policies. 2. working hours could be more flexible enough. 3. lunchtime break and other short breaks could be flexibly more. 4. the company can work on 2nd and 4th Saturdays off structure too.

1. Company provides all the resources asked by employees to get the work done without any delay. 2. Company provides time to do research and deliver the best. 3. The company has multiple projects and multiple products to work on. 4. The ambiance of the company and other employees is awesome. 5. Company provides snacks with Tea/Coffee in the evening is something different and good.

Dislikes

1. It will be great if the company has at least 2 Saturdays off a month. 2. Lunchtime should be extended.

Nothing at all, Everything about this company is a huge major dislike.

Dislikes

1. Top management is very ungrateful. 2. They do not respect their employees and do not appreciate their hardwork. 3. Environment is really suffocating and extremely toxic. 4. They mentally torture their ex-employees and create mental trauma for them for life. 5. Saas-Bahu politics are there between middle management and top management. 6. Some old and high paying employees think that they are the boss of this organization now. 7. Work culture is near to zero in every aspect.
