Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

As per my 5 years working experience with EXL, I feel very good work life balance

Nothing as of now, reasons being I got everything like salary hike, promotion and Work life balance without any reference with higher management.

Good work life balance in most of the projects. Salary hike is above average and good bonus if your review is good. Direct client interaction.

Learning is not great. Management is not very supportive. Office lacks lot of facilities.

Job security . Its like government job. Wotk culture is very good. HR polices is good. Good no. Of leaves. No work pressure. If u have any issue discuss with ur manager, they will take it on priority. On holi diwali they distribute gifts to their each employee. If you get an chance to join EXL join that if you want perfect balace between personal and professional life.

Only one thing that salary part is not upto market value. But you can negotiate during joining. Appraisals is as usual like other companies is doing with employees by showing full pizza but u will not get proper slice as well.

I have long list of bad things in this group... I know every employee have so many complaint with its office. But it's really worst place to work. The manager vinay pal is worst man I could ever see. He will treat you like you don't know anything he knows everything. Company will treat you good till they have enough work load after that they will shout at you without reason... They will mail you with last warning ⚠️...so and so.....they will harass you so that you give resign and go.... Rest you may understand well... And the company is target based they don't need quality they just believe in quantity.
