As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees

Their work culture is good overe there all supervisors and managers are supportive.

Dislikes

Their salary structure they don't do increment as employee expectations. And also they don't offers good salary to their employees in insurance Process.

Salary... they give salary in penny, chillers, Managers. I want to take names Kiran and mukesh ( she is real evil ) Ther are the real enemy they will cut you down after hiring 1.5 lac to 2 lac freshers😆 this is how they justify their salary... You can't take you CL PL SL, if you want you have to work on Saturday, I don't know when or ever government will look these matters? They will deduct employees PF plus employers pension amount from your salary 😆😆😆 And because you are the employee you cant argue about it because boss is always right.. (This is Illigal) And HRs they will sell themselves in just 2 thousands. Good luck 🤞

No Given good aapraisal and promotion. Very bad experience I face in EXL Services. The salary package in which I joined as a fresher in EXL Services. after completing 4 years in EXL hardly 25 to 30 thousands rupees increased in my salary package.

Working environment and company culture is excellent. Just Do your work efficiently and you don't have a problem. In my team, there is no overtime, only if you are managing your task well.

Dislikes

The Appraisal and Promotion is a problem in EXL. The incentive is there to soothe you, however the salary is still average. You can say the work load is according to the salary.
