CoVID times have been hard for everyone. Whether it is increasing unemployment or vanished social life. EXL have been supporting in various things like providing WFH asap after the lockdown was announced, those who didn't get a system early did not face any paycut till the time they received it. Rest it's good in engaging with a few fun activities staying home

The salary compensation is the biggest issue at any point in time in the career

...ce, supportive, well trained and polite senior and managers. Job security great.salary on time no issue with meal, recreational facilities available.cab facility nice.oveeall it was an awesome experience with EXL I feel proud to be an exlite ever.

At that time the only thing was that area was not well connected to frequent public transport. That was an issue on some occasions like when you go on your own etc.

Didn't liked anything about the company. They promised me and the salary which got credited is totally different. I raised this concern to HR ops managers but nobody's interested, faught for almost 2 months then I gave up.

Dislikes

The company does not have extra systems so if you're late you're not gonna get the system and, you need to cover your login hours. I don't know why they're always hiring new batches. Politics is there as usual. Also if you have provided medical documents and you're actually ill, still you're not gonna get leaves as per company policy either work or resign!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a great company to work with.

It depends in which process you are working, but in my process the management is totally biased towards old employees, not welcoming the new employee, no values for efficiency and innovations.

...rs in certain spaces like Insurance, RMTI lack vision and operate like a Lala 6. No hikes, delayed bonuses, delayed promotions in 2024 7. Managers and some ex-EXL clients leave no chance to humiliate you in a call and use unprofessional tone 8. Poor office facilities and a substandard health insurance. 9. They almost never pay referral bonus to you for hired people saying that the profile already existed in their database 10. They hire people with proven tech and business skills and don’t have any plan to utilise them. 11. A lot of leaders who act like solution experts have no technical skillset in data science or AI and only make life difficult by obstructing and questioning work due to their lack of knowledge.
