Provides good accommodation.All the workers working together as a team.

Dislikes

The management is very poor. No matter how hard you are working in the end they'll always taunt you. Very bad work politics is there. nepotism is there.

Dislikes

slow growth. The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 12 -14 hrs straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. there is no job training for fresher.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
