I worked at Eximietas Design, and my experience was disappointing due to poor decision-making by the CEO and HR Director. Recently, they abruptly fired two BU Heads and a Senior Recruitment Director without any valid reason or proper exit process. These individuals had been known to the CEO for over seven years, yet they were dismissed based on miscommunication and input from another BU Head who lacks expertise in the VLSI domain. As a result, the company is collapsing—engineers are leaving in large numbers, and the remaining team is uncertain about their future. There’s no transparency, and everyone is worried about when they might be next. The HR Director's decisions have created fear and instability instead of fostering a healthy work culture. If you're considering joining Eximietas Design, think twice. The lack of job security and impulsive leadership decisions make it a highly uncertain place to work.

However there are two important aspects to consider. The commute time is a challenge and it would be beneficial for the company to offer a hybrid work arrangement with two days work from home to make it more manageable.

That you will get a lot number of things to learn, even when you are intern you will get to work with the leads and you can contribute in the live projects.

Dislikes

You won't have job security , like out of nowhere you can be fired even you do your work sincerely and even you have work to do, firing the peoples who are on bench can be understandable but firing the people who are working for the cost cutting is not admirable.
