Slow career growth. Salary hike is very minimum. Some cases target and salary are no match. Promotion cycle is slow. There is no holiday for work. Your work may extend on holidays also. You will like to work only if you want to learn if you expect Mnc culture than very difficult. If your boss is good your life at exide is good.

1. Growth is very poor both in terms of salary and promotions. 2. Very complicated hierarchy. 3. No support from higher management.

Work-life balance, attitudes of seniors especially the ones at regional levels, compensation, unprofessional & poor work culture and lots of internal politics.

The management recently changed. Work Life Balance is good. Flexible timings. Good for new mother's. Very bad for freshers.

1. The culture is very political 2. HR is very weak 3. Compensation commitment is wrong 4. Benefits are less 5. Very hierarchical in nature 6. No focus on skill development 7. Decision making is shaky

1. Salary on the last date of the month. 2. Travel expenses being cleared within 7 days. 3. Brand recall among end consumer.

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.
