Company aise logo ko pal kar rkhti hai jo chamcha giri karte hai chori karte hai market nhi jate hai , kam karne wale ki value nhi jo nhi karte wo achchhe hai maine apne 14year k carier me yahi dekha ki pramotion sirf chatukar logo ko hi milta hai . Ye company me 90% log sirf or sirf company ko loot rhe hai .

Excellent work environment and culture the management are very good the policy are good hike on salary on every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Teammates are good but never reliable. Trainings are up-to expectations but only product oriented, no new learning. Career growth is only possible if you sacrifice your work life balance and give 24 X 7 to this company. Travel policy is very uncomfortable, sales offices are in slummy conditions. No innovative ideas entertained, and politics is moderate.

...nly, you are bound to do what you are said, otherwise you ll lose job security. Exide employees who are working here too are very frustrated but are continuing because after all salary is required to arrange food.

Its a proud feeling to work with a company who has been a market leader for more than 70 years in lead acid storage battery segment. Company is strickly policy driven. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a national wide client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

1. Salary on the last date of the month. 2. Travel expenses being cleared within 7 days. 3. Brand recall among end consumer.

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.
