1. No process, culture and salary is not On time, it comes randomly any time 2. No HR in Bangalore. worst HR response for any issue. no proper communication from Gurgaon team. Gurgaon HR team never responds and zero transparency. very bad behavior and attitude. 3. Head of R&D is worst. makes lot a false statements to get the work done and uses employees without proper salary hikes and increments. 4. There is a salary cut and never revived, like salaries come late. 5. Hikes also always delayed.. always push for next month and delay every month. Cheating kind of attitude of the management 6. When everything goes as per the manager plan fine, else employee was made victim for all the management or process or plan mistake. 7. No proper structure of the work, No process 8. No employee benefits apart from salary 9. First sataurday of the month is working 10. No work from home option during peek carona times and also if given by any chance.. one has to work in bangalore only cannot go hometown 11. Wanted to build projects with cheaper resources, at cheaper cost by compromising the quality 12. Management just wanted to release the project whether it is ready with all developments or not

Extreme level of favourism across all levels of organisation. Incompetent & insecure managers endorse only incompetent people, which makes skilled resources to leave & resulting high attrition rate here.

Before 2023, the old management was good. The AGM's behavior is rude. He changed the Exicom battery environment: no work-life balance, no time management, overwork, and less salary. Now, Exicom energy has only a political environment."
