I worked 1 year in Exeter Premedia services. During training, Mentor treated trainees with partiality. I have worked for more than 10- 12 hrs per day but not got any recognition from my Teal leader or from Manager. Even after 1 year my annual Increment was only around 500Rs. Very toxic environment. No career growth in Exeter Premedia services. During interview they told monday to Friday working time, but after getting into projects we need to on weekend too.. No work life balance.

I like most is the chance of learning many things.

Dislikes

As I said above the learning is good, but on the other hand you need to work very hard to learn,please keep in mind.working hard really means many sacrifices. You'll need to work on Saturdays.feel adjusted to it.

It's a wonderful company where we could share our thoughts and ideas which can be heard by the top level management. I had an opportunity for on-site. Also in the office, we had open door policy... It's one of the impressive factor. Here "Employee can grow with the employer..." As am shifting to Banglore I resigned the job... otherwise I won't think of resignation.
