...this organisation give a apprasiel for old employees. You are doing big mistake. Example when new employees are joining in organisation you I'll giving excellent package but old employees you are not giving any kind of hike or apparsile for him. So take further action on that part.

In source of hov iam working as senior quality assurance. In our team there is knowledge to grew up . There is no issue on that part but you have to bring out to gain a knowledge to improve the skills and ability in our organisation.

It's a very adamant and dominanted Team leaders on here . The team leaders are very provoke . There thinking about our side argument is only correct. HOV THANJAVUR side have a most irritating and domination team leaders

I strongly recommend to not join this company. I was working in a legal team. please don't Jon guys if you are a law graduate. because they don't know the basic discipline snd respect. very low mind set. people and management are so toxic.
