No work-life balance, employees who actually work and deliver are not appreciated but those who are in good notes are getting recognized and elevated irrespective of their experience and lack of knowledge/skills

This place is horrible!! Don’t work here. 1) They don’t pay out bonuses if you are in sales. 2) They talk about diversity - check out their executive team/sales team. No diversity there. 3) The one woman at the senior level is the only sales person without a VP title…. ‘How modern’ of them…it’s their first female in sales since they formed the company. 4) Their inability to appropriately pay/promote their staff, and the long hours is the reason the average tenure is but one year. 5) There are good people here but all are miserable. The VP of finance who does all the dirty work for the CEO - he’s miserable too. 6) the CEO has a fragile ego - he surrounds himself with yes men to keep fragile ego safe Do yourself a favour - reach out to those who no longer work at the company. You’ll get the full picture then. Don’t believe their lies.
