It is great experience with executive ship management. It is my parent company where i have improved my skills and knowledge, job security, work culture, company policies and management is upto the mark in executive ship management.

Due to high competition, salary of experienced operation level engineers is limited and career growth is slow. Contract days for working onboard is higher, limited shore leaves.

Work Pressure and internal politics are high. Work timings are not fixed very often it gets extended due to work load
