Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They will give work to same person if he/ she is not questioning.. some will work for hours.. some will be idle for hours.. there is no equal utilization of manpower..

Nice office space, pay is decent and depends on how you talk.

Dislikes

Very Autocratic, no care for employees - got to come when they call you no matter where you are, no flexible working. the role can be changed as and when they say!
