Nothing to be liked just typical lala company who doesn't want to invest just wanted the money doesn't know themselves how the things work but need employees to do things according to them ....kabhi bhi kisi ko nikal denge. They just opened this office taki logo ko daily torture kr ske aur dusri ki Khushi nhi dekhi jati bilkul. None of the employees are happy with them and wants to leave the organisation lekin inko kya ye toh apni chalayenge bus. Agar peace chahte ho life mein toh kabhi na aana idhar.

You will be demotivated and question your own skills when you will be there chahe kitne talented kyu na ho kyunki ye galti nikal hi lenge tumhari har cheez mein . Business krne ka koi sense nhi hai pta nhi kese Survive kr rhe hai. Please organisation band krdo ...just opened a torture room to harass their employees.

In the beginning you will get to learn alot since none of the old employees stays for more than approximately 1-1.5 year. So, you are the only one in your team to work and lead. But as the time passes, you will be felt useless by the management.

Stretchable working hours. And then also, you get to hear you don't work. And Monday is like a boards result day. All are numb and silent till your review is completed.
