Salary is very low, Bad Leadership team. Does not feel like working in a MNC culture, shabby treatment of employees. Management just screams at employees for no reason without helping. Negative workplace. Whichever employee resigns will get hike, what about employee who works hard?

Company has hired Technical director as country head who has no clue on business or business function. So much attrition.

When the managing director is afraid to be fired, then what do you expect from employees? Zero job security except who are close to the manading director. It's a family business
