Work life balance is 0. South Head/national director is difficult to work with. Her shouting, yelling and personal embarks will put you down everyday. moreover you need to work day and night and will be shouted on if you dont. be ready to be haunted on what you said in interview. No support from management in dealing with issue as well.

Work environment is good and teammates are supportive but the organisation is not fair with any kind of relationship with employees, there is no company policies they modified it according to them they stop the salary and even reimbursement

Dislikes

There is no job training and no cafeteria with poor hygiene standards.
