I worked as the Team Lead handling about 5 developers. Joined in 2018, I was with Exceptionaire for almost 2.5 years. Its a company with great team members, aggressive work culture and exciting projects. It is a company for fast projects, with fast hiring and fast bonuses. The company went through a difficult patch during COVID like any other company but is back on its feet. Everybody was paid in full without any deductions. Some performers actually got appraisals as well. I strongly recommend the company and wish them the best!

There should be more training sessions in a month. Saturdays are a good day for conduction trainings and you can start having trainings on at least alternate saturdays.

Likes

I often use the word FAMILY when describing Exceptionaire Technologies. Open, fun atmosphere where work gets done, but able to connect and build strong relationships with coworkers. Benefits include things like happiness events and company retreats.

Startup growing pains as normal startups, but the company is good about addressing, and making good on any issues.

Likes

Great company to work with for freshers to start with their career. One can think of long term association with this organization. I have joined as a fresher with Exceptionaire and I worked almost 1.5 years and the entire journey was awesome. I learnt many new technologies and worked on highly scalable projects. I can recommend fresher and even experienced people to join if they are looking out to expand their career in software development industry.
