... on PIP for silly reasons like your salary is high and will force you to resign. As per their policy if you dont clear PIP then they will mention this on your experience certificate that you were terminated Salary pay is very less. Freshers here are still getting the salary as they used to get in 2014. It used to be a good organisation but recently the managers and leads hired are too biased and partial. They will only support the ones they like. Office politics is worst here. No perks for employees. Lastly If you still want to work here make sure you are on good terms with your managers that will help you to retain your job even if you don't perform well.

In this company they will support very well to improve our knowledge.

Every year they will give less salary hike also for few people they will give permanent work from home for few people they will not give work from home even we have genuine reason

Decent salaries and good learning scope as it is product based company

Late salary culture on 5th or 6th of every month HR Micro Management Some of the managers treats employees worst specifically in saras

Working on legacy technologies (slowly upgrading to the latest tech), HR is not much responsive, Technical Leaders are missing at higher levels.

For the freshers its an opportunity who wants to build a career.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes they make us to work 14 hours straight in a day and managers do a lot of politics and favouritism.
