Work environment is good. Colleagues and Managers are cooperative.

Dislikes

No salary hike and no job security for contractual employees. They keep on extending contract sometimes for 2 months, sometimes 3, 6 etc. People working from almost 2 years with no salary hike or any appraisal.

Salary was on time.

Dislikes

They have acquired a used based data analytics company called Anlitiks. I was working for that business unit and my experience was terrible. The two people sitting at top Kitty and Kanan are terrible and they fight over teams call and I felt clueless entire year on what should I suppose to do. My experience was terrible so if anybody getting an opportunity with Excelra then go for it but if it’s for Anlitiks division then run away. They will spoil career.

...ack. Appraisal process is a time waste and no . Politics at management level. Low salary Previously employees were staying though there is low salary only because of the culture. But now I think all the tenured employees are moving out only because of change of management and the culture for last two+ years.

Pros- 1. Learning and development 2. Wide variety of projects 3. Welcomes any innovative ideas 4. Good carreer growth 5. Clean work culture, no gossips. Your talent matters

Cons- 1. Salary could be a problem, not at par with current market 2. Pressure at time, because of tight deadlines at times

...ork life balance. A toxic job to start as a fresher puts down your confidence. But compensation and benefits are given well unless when worked stressfully
