Work environment is good. Colleagues and Managers are cooperative.

Dislikes

No salary hike and no job security for contractual employees. They keep on extending contract sometimes for 2 months, sometimes 3, 6 etc. People working from almost 2 years with no salary hike or any appraisal.

...ork life balance. A toxic job to start as a fresher puts down your confidence. But compensation and benefits are given well unless when worked stressfully

There are some very good and knowledgeable persons in this company. Very warm teammates and seniors as well. Work environment is comfortable.

Dislikes

The pay is very low. The company promises market correction of salary after they do market research (which doesn't seem to be happening any time soon. Not many opportunities to improve your knowledge/skills. Even this work experience will not count as experience if you apply anywhere else later on. It is a good place for those who aren't much competitive, looking for a convenient job and are okay with the low payscale.

The company is open to research and innovation and easily adopts to new technology.another plus point is tha my colleagues comes from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure very high sometimes
