cafeteria is not good , No festival Vibes in our company I was not given salary hike as they promised me in the time of joining .

No job security in any sales job. If someone wants to treat company like a family so this is not the right one because here Management do not celebrate festivals at all. If you are looking for career growth after having good experience outside they wont consider your previous at all, but they need good experience people for doing work. Too much gossiping Management dont take employee's feedback for Improvements. If someone wants to take leaves or WFH its not easy thing here. Compulsory 6 days working. Some Sundays and Government holidays also should work ( Only sometimes if you dont do your target) Very strict office timings , if you late you will get warning mail from HR, which will disappoint your whole work day. Manager- By luck if you get good manager than you are really lucky otherwise you can see amazing(terrific) work culture with him/her. Cafeteria

The leaders here are out of touch with the day-to-day struggles of their employees.

Dislikes

Expect long hours with little to no compensation. Overtime is hardly recognized. Terrible management and no job security. I regret joining this company.

...oyees are afraid to voice concerns due to potential retaliation from management. Contractors are treated unfairly, especially when clients delay payments. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.

Dislikes

The pay is below industry standards, and raises are few and far between. Horrible work culture. Unrealistic expectations and overwork compared to other companies. There’s a lack of training and support for new hires. I felt lost and overwhelmed from day one. You can’t enjoy the perks when you’re chained to your desk.
