I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Poor mangement skill, operator not good also Bad culture, not good skill operator in this site,

Bad Working nature one to one communication also Bad, not Anlysis costumers faluts, only thing is target money, skill operator not there and Bad communication skill, how to gain knowledge don't know operator's, please educate the ownership member also as possible
