Unprofessional, unethical, unhealthy climate & staff , slow learning so no growth in career, low appraisal, lots of dirty politics, work environment is really noisy, always change in company rules regulations, no fix timing, director/manager changes rules on 11th hour and employee have to suffer form it, no legal working hours as per rules of government, they write OT in your timing after 8 hrs. completed for their precaution for proof but no OT is provided to employee, not a single good thing is provided.
