The work culture is terrible. The improve other companies corporate governance but their own corporate governance is not good . No job security at all so don’t leave your job for this company

Working at Excellence was my dream job. My skills have been enhanced and there is so much I've learned, and a lot is on my plate to learn from this job. There is a lot of growth opportunities with a balance of personal and professional life.

I liked the fact that here is so much to learn everyday, I have improved my reading skills and analytical skills. We have learnt to analyse the importance of corporate governance in any company.

There is nothing good about this company. A very unprofessional, unethical and rude management. They create the environment so hectic that you cant work there. Zero peace of mind. This company employees first then terminate employees on their probation period without giving any reason. And the worst part is you have to keep asking for the documents that you need in future.

When you join there you feel like wow but within a week you will see the true colors. I was employed and earning good amount before joining this company. I had been selected through several rounds of interview but within 2 months in my probation they have sent me a termination letter, when I asked for the reason they did not reply. They made me jobless in amid of the pandemic.
