...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

One good thing about excelacom is it has good working environment and weekend off.

...y and that we are not anymore a part therefore they cannot pay us the bonus too. But to bring it to notice, the retention bonus was taken from our salary by deducting 5000 per month for 18 months.

Good for freshers HR team is good and few managers are friendly and supportive Good hike

no work life balance ,Lot of internal politics but Resource Management team (RMG) is the worst ,they will treat you badly. Managers and lead from RMG team will ask you to treat them like God (Sometimes they behave like a CEO) Not only RMG , people who are in higher position treat others badly. No mutual respect between employees. No job security People who are in this org are the people who started their career as a fresher They treat laterals as bad as they can one of the worst company I have ever seen I don't recommend this for anyone except freshers Don't spoil your peace of mind and career by joining here

Good Learning environment for Freshers Trainings will be provided for both freshers and experienced on various technologies Flexible timings

Hike will be very low and no incentives will be provided. No proper transport facility.
