I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Owner was terrible Salary time was not gd.. Sometime its was 15 of the month some time its 25 They not pay last month salary to any one We have list of employees who not get there last month salary They have no facility which every employment nees No pf no insurance They didn't give any holidays U have to come ofc 7 day in a week nd 10/12 hrs duty time Its too bad experiences for me The owner of the company Joy Mazumdar was horrible person
