The only thing to like there is their less workload and impunctuallity

Almost everything. Salary is too less, no learning growth, no perks/benefits, no PF-ESI, no salary payslip, no norms, biased increment. Also they do not increment salary,so when that person resigns they recruit someone fresher with the same salary & exploits them till they resign and someone new joins. This way the pay same money over years for the same post.

This company is best TPI provider and Testing Laboratory facilities in Kolkata. All HR, Adminstration etc. are very good, familiar and supportive with all employees and customers.

I will not facing any problems with this company.

Other employes were great and helpful. If you can last longer than 2 3 months that's because of them. Otherwise nothing stands out to work in a firm like it.

Dislikes

The worst is the management. Nothing conclusive can be done by them in any situation. Very poor appraisal, work culture is bad, everyone is trying to do harm in one or another way.
