... policies are good Good work environment and culture. Very supportive teammates.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does' t address our issues.salary is decent' address our issues.salarubis decent but career growth is slow.yhere is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.politics problems may be coming.

No job security even if you have got appreciation letter. no career growth. no benefits for knowledge growth of employees. no PL or SL. no written policy so they change their policy and do not send any notification.

I was having an experience of 1 year and i lost my job due to covid pandemics. Again after lockdown I started job hunting and i got the interview call from Excel IT through naukari.com. They scheduled hiring they executed all the process of hiring and i was been selected by them. I joined there with all the joining procedures and after 15 days they told me not to come office as without providing me any proper reason of reliving from the company. I asked them about the reasons on mail but there was not a valid reason provided to me by them on mail. They told me they don't need extra employee for that time.If they were not needed the employee, why they scheduled the hiring? They were not having any answer for the same I asked them. HR team is the worst one! I asked them to let me complete my probation period of 3 months, but they were not I a condition of accepting. As I was been migrated according to the job location, I gave all the advance to the PG and being in such Pandemics I shifted near to the job location but after 15 days they made me to relieve from the company . At one side I lost my job again and I got my PG Advance money freezed. I have been became totally unstable as I gave preference to the Excel IT , I was having other similar opportunities too, but I prefered Excel IT and that was my biggest mistake ever. Now I lost the job,similar opportunities and my money to. HR don't have sense of talking and dealing the hiring procedures. At the end I would like to say that only employees bears the damage employers do not! Worst experience and bad working ethic I have experienced at Excel IT services Pvt. Ltd.
