A lot of discrepancy in the salary. Salary deducted without any rule. Salary slips are given for only two months in a year. Not a definite structure and rules. Every time you have to watchfull

Company Co-founder Mr.Rajesh Paul sir is a awesome leader as well as a great Boss who always stands with the employees benifits and for a better work culture.

Software head Mr. Abhishek Rai, is totally a worst person who's character is so Scary for specially girl's and And he always behaves like a dictator and uses dirty words for team members & about his family, which makes working in the software department very scary...

My experience in this Excel Geomatics company has been very good. Working here with our young team leaders and team members, I have learned and understood a lot which has enabled me to move forward in my future.

Dislikes

There is a lot of work pressure as per the requirement but this is a great learning opportunity for us. i think office environment can be improved.
