I have joined in Aug'24 as area sales manager at Gorakhpur HQ in excel foods Limited,but still I have not received Sept '24 full salary .Inam getting part wise salary ,I am very sad due this type of activities of ecelfoids ,this IS D Grade Level Company

Growth is slow. and benefit for employee is not there like Bonus, incentives etc. If I talk about work culture people around are little demotivate sometimes it feel very bad when management doesn't value individuals and work , and job is not secure they can terminate anytime without giving any specific reason which create insecurities all the time
