There is always a great learning if you are on project. Colleagues are supportive. Your work is visible directly till CEO. There is a flat hierarchy and hence it's easy to get recognised.

Dislikes

...ly SAP and EXA projects). It's difficult to work with team which keeps changing. Salary hike schedule is not upto mark. Hike comes very late, ofcourse with arrears but it has to be regularised. There should be a proper upskilling mechanism else juniors get frustrated without finding help. You should have a lot of patience if you need some salary correction or onsite, etc.

The Office at ITPL, the only convincing point, But it is dark inside, No Good pay, delay in variable pay, No ways the company fullfill the employees needs

Dislikes

Toxic Work culture. The ABAP lead is very rude and shouts on the floor as if in school. Most of the employees leave the company because of that particular person. HR is of minimal help. Many complaints have been placed regarding toxic and abusive work culture but no action taken instead now they ask for bond in offer letter for 6 months so that new employees cannot leave. The organisation believes in Boss culture instead of inspiring leadership.

The company has bad working infrastructure, they don't provide proper laptops, they assign desktop to employees, They work on outsourcing employees to sap labs, the management is very cheap - they don't respect employees, they are money-minded. Hike processing is very delay. They don't pay deserved variable pay and even very delay. They are not bound to process. Earlier their process was good, few good colleagues left, the management went to wrong/psycho hands
