...an unethical organization, does not abides by any policy or employment contract. In December 2016 they made a decrement to everyone's salary. Since they are making losses, they are finding ways of extorting money out of employees pockets.

Flexibility in work from home or hybrid work mode

New hires are paid a much higher salary and their work responsibility is significantly lower than the current employee. Market linked salary is only for new hires.

Evry was early known as Span Infotech. Now, recently it got to merge with Tieto and became TietoEvry. When I joined, it was Span and a very good culture with perks and benefits. Over the years, all the perks and employee benefits we snatched, and the only minimal amount was kept as Employee share. The office got shifted with GV which was very good with nice infra in place.

Dislikes

No good hike over 5 years of my work. I got just 2.0 LPA salary hikes that took with some variable pay. Projects are very much volatile and legacy applications.

During my tenue at SPAN, I had the opportunity to meet good colleagues who are now great friends. Some of them are exceptionally talented.

...y changed. The CEO, HR, senior management had no respect for existing employees. There only aim was to bring in new employees at a much higher salary and designation irrespective of their competencies. Most of the new hires were out of touch with technology. Ramamohan, Sharan, Bhat, etc. and others have never won a deal for the company but will be bossing over employees who have built the company by winning and managing some very good clients over the years. The company culture had drastically changed. For a company with less than 2000 employees - CEO and HR head are not accessable for frank discussions.

Even an startup is better than this company. Management only think about profits... Hazardous work environment..

...bout this company. I would never recommend even my enemy to join this company... They pay and get false positive comments in Glassdoor and other website... Employees who have worked here know the pain... 90 days notice is mandatory and they won't even let go anyone a single day earlier... Even if the employee is ready to pay the client billing cost...
