This company management is a joke, especially the VP. If you're speaking Hindi you will be promoted even if you don't work. This company has appointed leads who don't even know the process. If you're a woman employee and close to the management people, you can get permanent WFH.

I like that Evora is flexible in our working style, I am supported well by the company when I have issues balancing work and personal life.

Not really a big thing, but sometimes overload of work from projects is not easily addressed. But this is also very typical in a consulting company

The management at this company is terrible when it comes to hiring and firing employees. They tend to use employees until their work is complete and then provide flimsy reasons to justify firing them. It's evident that they don't value their employees' contributions. What's even more frustrating is that some individuals lacking the necessary skill set are retained, while skilled employees are let go due to favoritism and office politics. The managers occupying leadership positions lack the necessary management skills and often engage in favoritism. This situation is unfair to those who work hard and possess valuable skills. Furthermore, some managers are experts at putting on a facade of friendliness and charm on the surface, but behind the scenes, they engage in deceptive behavior and play a double game. This adds another layer of dishonesty and creates a toxic work environment that further undermines the trust and morale of the employees.

Everything. They listen only senior's feedback, there is no chance to prove that the person is genuine. 360 feedback they say but listen their own loved ones, they have to understand that the decisions they take which destroys someone's life.

As they have good hold on SAP Mobility applications, plenty of good projects and skill development opportunities there. Team member was good

Dislikes

Too much micro management and not flexible with working location, does not provide time to adjust to new joiner and continuous questioning from seniors on your communicator status change, your away Status make you less productive in senior sense.
