The organization is running by a business man that person interested in making money, recruited their friends, family member on higher position and paid out of the way to them, also unprofessionalism is maintain there in organization.

Friendly environment, lots of scope for learning New things, and Neat and clean atmosphere, regular housekeeping

Unauthorized persons may be entered in your area without your information and you cant do nothing for that. Even he didn't follow safty rules and not having knowledge of that area.

I don't like the high level work culture growth not a possible not share to every one in our department issue and some ideas and decisions with shift incharge.
