Positive work culture. Most of the seniors are good and helpful, especially the owner(CTO). Projects are of all types and have a good learning. Appraisals are better than MNC's. Salary always on time. No salary-cut or firing during covid, instead did a good appraisals.

Dislikes

...u have to bring your own food. Few initiatives are taken to enhance the skills. People who are not willing to switch, their salary package should be revised.

salary, appraisal and wok environment is good here and most important the nature and life balance. i.e Delhi etc cities are too expensive and external environment also plays an important role for healthy body and mind.

bit back in benefits/compensation only, rest all the things are best here.

Work life balance is very good. Company do care about their employees. The best part is company owner also involves in project and do understand employ issues. He discourage Employees to work after office hours.
