The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that delivers high quality, reliable products. I got to learn a lot of new technologies and responsibilities even as a trainee, which helped me hone my skills.

Dislikes

... and it was uncertain as to which project I would be working in next 30 minutes. Appraisal is not good and salary is very poor. No transportation facilities even for girls who stays after 8pm. Work life balance is poor.

Only positive is we can learn how to handle pressure and how to work on multiple projects without any KT

They continuous shift us in multiple projects and with having proper knowledge of the project or the technology used in those projects they'll force us to work in those projects

Freshers can learn few things but none of the seniors will halp. When u don't no complete application flow still you need to fix critical issues

Dislikes

They just want work done nothing else they will not listen where we stuck and what solutions need to get for that. Terrible manager and lead.

The work culture is outstanding with enormous opportunities to learn and enhance your skill set. Management is very cooperative and jovial.

As far as mah 1 year experience is concerned, I didn't see any drawback. However, you should know that work can come from all around that tends to make you feel tired.

The Team was very good. Co-Operative. But the management is worse. They don't value your growth. Only they want is Work even if you are in the situation to die. They don't care for your emotions, celebrations.

Dislikes

Management who doesn't value the employees opinion. They don't even care whether how comfortable in the working environment.
