It's a disaster company. There is no work-life balance, extreme pressure, and absolutely no job security. The hiring team hires people based on wrong commitments and kicks you out if you do not adjust to their own mismanaged and biased culture. The HR is highly unskilled to even speak properly with the candidates and offer the job, no help can be expected in terms of any adjustment in the company. The CEO poses to be a well mannered qualified posted in the highest of the company's management but tends to interfere in the smallest set up of the canteen and washroom cleanliness. He just passes orders to hire and fire people based on his likes, dislikes, and poor judgement. Choosing Evolveware was one disaster I did in my career. Request you to not repeat the same mistake. Do not ever go for this company, it will spoil the existing career path. Thanks!

I have total 4.5 years of experience at Evolveware Information Technology. It is very good company to start a career with. Very cooperative and enthusiastic teammates. Team Leads and managers are also very polite and encouraging.

They should give technological training to the employee.
