1)Best things about the company is inside politics. Top management team are the creator of inside politics. 2) Nepotism.

... and no respect for your work. Timing is 9am to 6pm but you will work till 11pm. If you are late by 5min in the mong you will miss the entire 1 day salary. Employees leave the company within 1 month from their joining date. They will give 3 month probation. But because of the heavy pressure and torcher Employees will leave the company within 1 month. If the employees wish to complete the probation period,then the top management team will play dirty politics to terminate the employees before the completion of probation. Nepotism plays important role in this company. People who are friends and relatives of top management are directly holding all the position. No promotion or salary rise for others. If an employee eligible for promotion,top management plays the dirty politics by appointing their close friends at that position. If you see 5 star reviews for this company because it was handled by well experienced management. From the end of 2022 the company is handled by new inexperinced management. Please read it very carefully before joining this company. Even if you are jobeless, please don't join this company.

The Team effort they put into each tasks and that too starting from the founder to each executive will be very aligned to the mission and also without any disparity.

Dislikes

Lot of superiority inferiority ego clashes you might need to handle but as the company is a seeded startup i believe there should not be a room given for that, unfortunately those areas are not micro managed and it exists very badly affecting company’s growth day by day from executive level to core team level.
